FICTIONAL DEMONSTRATION EXPERIENCE BY YHWH SYSTEMS, LLC
EverlightCommunity Church

Families + kids

Trust is built
before check-in.

This fictional family experience demonstrates how a church can explain safety, privacy, pickup, accommodations and first-visit flow without burying parents in policy language.

Demo principle

Parents keep control.

No child is enrolled automatically. No personal information is collected in this demo.

Your first Sunday

01

Start together.

Keep your kids with you when you arrive. A host can show you the rooms, or you can simply look around first.

02

Choose the room.

Age-based environments are optional. A production system could show room capacity, leader names and sensory notes.

03

Secure pickup.

Guardian and child labels share a randomized pickup code. Only an authorized adult with the matching code can complete pickup.

Safety explained like humans

Nothing important should be hidden in fine print.

01
Screened team members

Fictional volunteers serving with minors complete role-appropriate screening, references and training before being scheduled.

02
Two-adult practices

Room staffing, hallway visibility and restroom procedures are designed to avoid isolated one-on-one situations.

03
Need-to-know data

Allergies, accommodations and emergency contacts belong in a secured system with role-based access โ€” not spreadsheets at the welcome desk.

04
Documented incidents

A production deployment could include incident workflows, guardian notification and audit history.
